Shortening, brown sugar, sugar, oil, egg, milk and vanilla.
Then add flour, soda, cream of tartar, salt, oatmeal and corn flakes.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
