Corn Flake Chicken
Corn Flake Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. corn flakes, liquid vegetable oil, 2 1/2 lb. chicken, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put corn flakes in a bread bag.
Crunch with a rolling pin. Put 2 cups of vegetable oil in a shallow bowl.
Skin chicken.
Dip chicken in oil and toss in corn flake bag.
Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 1 hour at 400Β°.
