Corn Flake Cabbage Casserole
Corn Flake Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. shredded cabbage, 2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted), 1 c. mayonnaise, 7 c. crushed corn flakes and 2 sticks margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak cabbage in ice water for 5 minutes.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk; bring to boil.
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Mix crushed corn flakes with margarine and use half of mixture in bottom of baking dish.
Reserve the other half for top of casserole.
Put cabbage over corn flakes mix.
Pour heated soup mix over cabbage.
Top with remaining corn flakes.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. The last 5 or 10 minutes, add cheese and continue to bake.
