Corn Dogs Ii is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pancake mix, 1/2 c. corn meal, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 10 frankfurters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine pancake mix, corn meal and salt; mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Dip each frankfurter in batter; coat well.
Fry in fat heated to 365Β° until golden brown.
Turn to brown evenly. Serve immediately.
If desired, insert popsicle sticks.
