Corn Dogs
Corn Dogs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal, 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 tsp. onion salt, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 egg, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt fat or oil for frying.
Combine corn meal, flour and seasoning.
Blend egg, 1/4 cup milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients and mix lightly.
Add more milk if needed to make thick batter.
Dip wieners in batter and fry in deep hot fat about 3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Insert sticks in one end of wiener if desired.
