Corn Dog Bites
Corn Dog Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 large beaten egg, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frankfurters and mustard and ketchup (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
Combine oil, egg and buttermilk.
Stir in flour mixture.
Cut frankfurters into 5 pieces.
Dip each piece into batter.
Coat completely.
Use wooden picks to aid in dipping.
Pour oil 3 to 4-inches deep in Dutch oven or pan.
Heat to 375Β°.
Fry until golden brown.
Turn once while frying.
Serve with mustard and ketchup.
