Corn Cob Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 12 red corn cobs, 3 pt. water, 1 pkg. sure-jell, 4 c. sugar and red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Break cobs in half.
Boil in water for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and use 3 cups of liquid (add water if necessary to make 3 cups).
Add food coloring.
Add Sure-Jell.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar.
Boil hard or until when tested with a fork the tines fill up.
