Corn Cob Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 12 bright red corn cobs, 3 c. sugar, 1 pkg. sure jell and 1 pt. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Broken cobs in the water for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat strain the liquid.
If not 3 cups, add enough water to make
3 cups.
Add Sure Jell and bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar and boil 2 or 3 minutes or until jelly stage. The finished product tastes a lot like apple jelly and has an attractive reddish color.
