Preheat large saucepan over medium heat about 1 minute.

Spray twice with cooking spray.

Saute the onions until translucent. Add 4 cups of the corn (2 cans) and saute 4 to 5 minutes, until softens a bit.

Add 2 cups chicken stock and cook until corn can be mashed easily.

Transfer contents of pan to a blender and purΓ©e until smooth.

Return to saucepan.

Add pepper, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, 1 cup chicken stock and 2 cups corn (1 can).

Stir and cook 10 minutes more until it thickens. Garnish with the fresh basil.
