Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (15 oz.) can corn with liquid, 2 c. cubed potatoes and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large saucepan, using scissors, cut bacon into small pieces.
Cook until crisp.
Remove bacon from pan; drain all but 3 tablespoons grease from pan.
Add onion and saute in bacon grease until tender and brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Serve with bacon sprinkled over soup.
