Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bacon, 1 thinly sliced onion, 2 c. canned corn, 1 c. diced, cooked potatoes and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook bacon until crisp in large saucepan.
Remove bacon; pour off all but 3 tablespoons drippings.
Add onion, separated into rings; cook until lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; simmer a minute or two.
