Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 2 c. diced potatoes, 2 c. water, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook, drain and set bacon aside to use as garnish. Cook diced potatoes and onion in water until soft.
Allow to cool a few minutes then add remaining ingredients, except bacon and corn. Add corn during last ten minutes of cooking.
Garnish with crumbled bacon.
Takes about 2 hours to prepare.
Delicious on a cold night!
