Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. cubed potatoes and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onion and margarine until tender.
Drain corn; save juice.
Add corn juice and potatoes to onion mixture.
Cook until tender.
Add corn, salt and pepper; stir 1/4 cup milk with the flour.
Stir until smooth.
Add rest of milk to corn; stir in flour mixture.
Stir while it is cooking to keep from sticking.
Let it cook until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
