Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. reduced fat/calorie margarine, melted, 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 4 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute onion and celery in margarine in a Dutch oven until tender.
Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring until mixture boils.
Stir in corn and next 3 ingredients.
Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into bowls; sprinkle with paprika.
