Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. finely cut bacon, 2 tbsp. minced onion, 1 c. water, 2 c. diced raw potatoes and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute in large pot the bacon and minced onion.
Then add potatoes, 1 cup water, celery and carrots.
Cook until tender.
Just before serving, add 2 cups milk, salt, pepper and creamed corn.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
