Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium sized potatoes, 1 large onion, salt if desired, bit of pepper and 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn or cream-style, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a casserole dish place a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of onion, a layer of corn and a thin layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat until ingredients are gone.
Cover top with a layer of cracker crumbs; add milk over all.
Place butter pieces over top. Bake at 350Β° from 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
