Peel and dice potatoes bite-size.

Fry bacon. Dump grease.

In large pot, put potatoes, bacon, corn and Carnation milk (enough to cover potatoes).

Heat on low to medium heat, stirring bottom to keep from burning.

Heat until corn is cooked.
