Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. water, 2 medium potatoes (all-purpose) and 16 oz. can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute onion and celery in 2 teaspoons vegetable oil until limp.
Add remaining ingredients, exception imitation bacon bits and heat to boiling, but do not boil. Sprinkle with imitation bacon bits.
Serve immediately.
