Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. cubed potatoes, 1/2 lb. sausage, 1 medium chopped onion, 3 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook cubed potatoes.
Set aside 1 cup potato water after draining.
Fry sausage with onion.
Do not drain.
Add flour, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Stir in 3 cups milk and the 1 cup potato water.
Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add corn and cooked potatoes.
Cook until hot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
