Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped green onion, 1/4 tsp. oil, 2 1/2 c. chicken stock, 2 c. 1% milk and 3 c. potato cubes (1 1/4 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute green onion in oil in a large nonstick saucepan.
Add chicken stock, milk and potatoes.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes.
Add corn and cook 1 minute more.
Remove 2 cups of the chowder to a food processor, puree and return to saucepan.
Stir in dry milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
