Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. grated carrot, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. creamed corn and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Microwave broth, potato, carrot, celery, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
Potato should be very soft.
Add corn.
Microwave again. Dump all in top of double boiler and add Cheddar cheese and milk. Stir thoroughly.
Heat until cheese melts, but do not boil.
