Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked (save 3 tbsp. grease), 1 onion, chopped fine, 3 medium potatoes, diced medium cubes, 2 c. water and 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in bacon grease or butter.
(Do not brown.) Add potatoes and water.
Cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and warm.
