Corn-Cheese Casserole
Corn-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz. each) cans whole kernel corn, drained, 1 1/2 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix corn, 1 cup cheese and onion.
Add remaining ingredients, except remaining cheese.
Mix well.
Pour mixture in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Add remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 6 servings.
