Corn Casserole Ii is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cans cream style corn and 1 c. minute rice, uncooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.
Mix in corn, rice, pimento and sugar.
Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
