Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (do not drain), 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, 1 box jiffy cornbread mix and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in a large bowl.
Mix all other ingredients in bowl with butter.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam and pour mixture in dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
