Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cartons half and half (or enough to just cover mixture) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place all ingredients in a casserole dish.

Half and half needs to just cover the corn.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is set.
