Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni, 1 c. diced velveeta cheese and 1/4 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter over low heat.
Stir together with remainder of ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in an 8 x 8-inch pan with lid.
The first 1/2 hour cook with lid on.
The last half hour cook with lid off.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
