Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can shoepeg or white corn, 1 large can french-cut green beans, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine Shoepeg or white corn, green beans, celery soup, onion, green pepper, celery and sour cream.
Add salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well and put into casserole.
Mix 1 cup bread crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Add a little dill before mixing and when sauteing bread crumbs in butter, add a bit of thyme.
