Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream-style corn, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. milk, 1 stick butter, melted and 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box jiffy corn muffin mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together corn, eggs, milk and butter.
Then add corn muffin mix.
Blend ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish, greased with cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
