Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn, 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat eggs with fork in a large bowl until frothy.
Add muffin mix, corn, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into 13 x 8-inch baking dish.
Saute onions until clear and spread over corn mixture. Spread sour cream over all.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
