Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shoepeg corn, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, washed and drained, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix beans and corn together.
Place in bottom of large casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together (except crackers and butter).
Pour mixture on top of corn and beans. Melt butter; mix crumbled crackers in butter and put on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
