Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can corn (with red and green peppers), drained, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. mahatma yellow rice, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 stick oleo and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice according to package directions.
Add oleo to rice. Stir until melted.
Add corn and soup.
Put in greased, 2-quart casserole dish.
