Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 can creamed style corn, 3/4 c. canned milk, 1/2 c. oil and 1 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Separate yolks and whites.
In a bowl mix 2 beaten egg yolks, creamed corn, canned milk, oil, shredded cheese and Jiffy corn muffin mix.
Fold in 2 beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
