Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix, 1 egg, beaten, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine corn and corn muffin mix in a bowl; mix well.
Add egg and sugar; mix well.
Spoon into greased baking dish.
