Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shoepeg corn, drained, 6 slices bacon, 2 tbsp. grease from bacon and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons grease and drain.
In casserole dish, combine corn, grease from bacon, sour cream and crumbled bacon.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
