Made with 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained slightly, 1 large can cream-style corn, 1 box jiffy cornbread mix, 1/2 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients together; bake for 30 minutes at 375Β° in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Remove from oven; top with shredded or grated cheese.
Return to oven; bake for 10 minutes.
