Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. canned corn (frozen may be used, but cook first), 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and cheese and place in greased 10 x 6-inch glass casserole dish.
Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine and blend until well coated.
Sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
