Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid, 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cans of corn, cornbread mix and chilies.
Mix with a fork.
Add onion and sugar. Add beaten eggs and spread evenly in pan.
Drop sour cream by spoonfuls on top and fold in gently.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.
