Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, well beaten, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 c. cheese (mild cheddar) and 32 oz. canned whole corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat together eggs, flour and sugar.
Mix the rest together and pour in slightly greased casserole dish.
(You can use a little of the bacon grease to grease the dish.)
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.

Corn is always good but add cheese and bacon and it's great.
