Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), 1 can creamed corn, 2 eggs and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix everything, except butter, together.
Pour in large casserole dish.
Cut butter into small chunks on top of mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400Β°. Do not cover.
