Corn Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. grated carrots and 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine eggs and milk well and add cracker crumbs.
Set aside until liquid is absorbed.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese to cracker crumbs mixture, stirring well.
