Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 c. whole kernel corn, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/8 tsp. chili powder and 1/8 tsp. anise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs and corn.
Heat butter. Add spices and flour and cook about 1 minute.
Combine with corn mixture.
Pour half the mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
Cover with the cheese and add rest of corn mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
