Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans green giant mexicorn, 1 pkg. yellow rice (saffron rice), 1 stick oleo, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 c. sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare rice according to instructions.
Add oleo.
Mix well. Add corn and soup.
Add cheese; combine with mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle some cheese on top; sprinkle some paprika on top for color (optional).
Put back in oven until cheese melts.
