Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (11 oz.) cans shoe peg corn, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can mild or hot chopped green chili peppers, drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. oleo or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt cream cheese and oleo in the milk over low heat until soft.
In casserole dish, mix corn, cream cheese mixture and chilies.
Put bread crumbs on top to cover.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
