Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained, 1 small onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small (8 oz.) sour cream and 2 sleeves ritz crackers (may not take this many), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix corn, onion, soup and sour cream together.
Crush Ritz crackers and put on top.
Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over. Bake at 350Β° about 35 to 40 minutes.
