Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow rice, 1 can mexican corn, 1 can celery soup, 1 stick butter and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook rice according to directions.
Drain corn and mix with soup in a bowl.
Add rice to the soup and rice mixture and stir well.
