Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can drained whole kernel corn, 1 can cream style corn, 2 beaten eggs, 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onions and pepper in margarine.
Fold corn into beaten eggs.
Add Jiffy mix to egg mixture, then add onions and peppers. Put into a well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with sour cream and cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes. After removing from oven, cover for a few minutes before serving.
