Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 2 green peppers, chopped, 1/4 c. flour, 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes (don't drain) and 2 c. corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions and peppers.
Add tomatoes, corn, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and 2 cups cheese.
Put in buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Last 5 minutes of baking, add 1/2 cup cheese on top.
