Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans whole kernel corn, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 pkg. ritz crackers and 1 1/2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt 1/2 stick of margarine in a casserole dish.
Drain corn and add to margarine.
Mix sour cream, onion, cheese and soup. Pour mixture over corn.
Crush crackers, add to one stick of melted margarine and place crackers on top of corn mixture.
Bake 25 or 30 minutes at 350Β°.
