Corn Bread Taco Bake
Corn Bread Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, 1/2 c. water, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown and strain meat.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Pour into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions except add 1/2 can onions.
Spoon around outer edges of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Top corn bread with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions.
Bake for 2 to 3 minutes.
